Each year, as winter fades into memory, the city bursts into life with delicate pink blooms adorning the iconic landmarks that define Washington, D.C. From the serene shores of the Tidal Basin to the bustling streets of the National Mall, every corner of the city is transformed into a breathtaking canvas of color and culture.
